Japanese Class
Vantage School cultivates a friendly environment for students of all ages to learn Japanese. Many of our students go on to be successful in their academic pursuit or professions in art, science, business, law, education, and in social situations.
- For students: our focus is to help you effectively prepare for the various tests through the academic years: the annual Japanese Proficiency Test, the SAT test.
- For professionals: we emphasize on Japanese language, culture, etiquette, and customs. Pronunciation, syntax, idioms, and cultural references will help you understand the meanings and logic of words and concepts. In addition to teaching vocabulary and grammar, we also emphasize on reading, listening, and speaking so you can better communicate with others in Japanese. Our instruction also focuses on phonetics and the Hiragana and Kanji alphabets.
All instructors are native speakers and are experienced in
teaching at all levels. Individualized instruction in a 1:1 and 1:2
working environment tailors the class to meet the needs of its
students. New information learned in the classroom is immediately
used in context to help recall and maintain language skills.
For people interested in business-level instruction, one-on-one or group sessions are available as well as on-location teaching. For corporations, we can provide teachers and all educational material to accommodate key employees with busy schedule while meeting their study requirements.
